Factory-galvanized pipe
SPINDO galvanized steel pipe, approximately 3.0–3.2 mm wall. Fabricated helices, welds and exposed areas receive their specified protective coating.
Thick-wall steel + hot-dip zinc
Approximately 5–5.5 mm wall. Fabricated first, then hot-dip galvanized in Surabaya, with a target zinc thickness of approximately 90 µm, verified against the coating records.
Spider foundations
Driven steel pipes for suitable sandy ground, with a purpose-designed central connection.
Custom structural interfaces
Connections for bamboo, timber, steel and designed concrete floor systems. Rock sites can be assessed for a separate expanding-anchor solution.

On-site vertical compression testing with equipment rated up to 50 tonnes. The test programme, reaction system and target load are engineered for each site. This is a testing capability, not a universal pile load rating.
